Marketing Automation & Web Content

Nia-Fitness-Marketing-Boutique-Agency-OntarioMary Baxter, the owner of Born To Move Studio, came to The Marketing Boutique wanting a better-formatted newsletter, an improved brand image along with a clearer picture of best practices when it came to scheduling and content.

Mary also wanted a newsletter format that was easy to read for her readers, as well as a layout that offered her with many designs and content options, from introducing new schedules, services, promotions to highlighting the last blog post on health and wellness from her website.

After our consultation with Mary, we proposed a quarterly newsletter that would allow for more content, a fresh design, update the opt-in as well as create a formal thank you would direct new subscribers to her website. We also developed specific content for the quarterly newsletter.

Content Update: Before we could probably implement the Autoresponder for Mary’s email subscribers at Born To Move, we needed to update the navigation menu. We added more pages, freshened up content and added a call to action on each page. We also deleted empty pages and organised the back-end to make future updates quick and easy for Mary. The result, more engaging content for her students and new students.

SEO Enhancement: We also worked with on improving the website’s SEO by deleting empty pages, expanding content, adding keyword phrases and other essential SEO tactics for her website.

User-Friendly Page Navigation: Finally, we updated various pages and updated the home page, a place where students can quickly check for class updates.

We created the Quarterly Newsletter on MailChimp for ease of use. We laid out the newsletter in 3 key sections, Introduction/conversation section, Product/Service and Specials Section and the Latest post section.
